2. Acceptance
By using the website, starting a quotation enquiry, or sending a file through an agreed communication channel, you confirm that you have read these terms, the Privacy Notice, and any order-specific terms presented to you. When acting for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to represent it and submit information and files on its behalf.
3. Purpose of the website
The website provides general information about printing and packaging products and helps organize quotation requirements and start a conversation. General site content is not a binding offer. No production contract is formed merely by viewing a product, generating an enquiry message, or opening WhatsApp.
An order is formed only after the Establishment issues a quotation or written confirmation, the customer accepts it, required payment is completed, and final artwork and specifications are approved, unless the quotation states another process.
4. Information accuracy
We take reasonable care with site information, but photographs, illustrations, previews and displayed dimensions are not final specifications unless expressly included in the quotation or approval record. Products, materials and available capabilities may change.
5. Enquiry messages and external channels
The site prepares an initial enquiry message from the product and details selected by the visitor. It is not sent to the Establishment until the visitor continues to WhatsApp and sends it there. Use of WhatsApp is subject to that provider's terms and policies, and the visitor may edit the message before sending it.
6. Customer files and content
When sending a logo, artwork, image, text, barcode, QR code or other file through WhatsApp, email or another agreed channel, you represent that you have the right to use, send and print it and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
You grant the Establishment a limited license to use the file only as needed to review the request, prepare a proof, perform the service, preserve the approval record, resolve a dispute, or satisfy a legal obligation. This does not permit public portfolio use without separate consent.
We may reject content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading, offensive, rights-infringing, or unsuitable for production.
7. Intellectual property
The site, brand, original text, graphics, interfaces, templates, presentation methods and materials created by the Establishment are protected. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without written permission.
Ownership of a structure, template, design system, production file or tooling created by the Establishment does not transfer unless the quotation or a separate agreement expressly states that it does.
8. Prohibited use
You must not disrupt the site, bypass security, send malware through a site-linked feature or channel, scrape personal data, impersonate another party, submit fraudulent requests, copy the catalogue to build a competing service, or send content you have no right to use.
9. Third-party services
The site may rely on third-party hosting, storage, analytics, email, mapping and communications services. Those services have their own terms and policies. We do not guarantee that every external service will remain continuously available, but we select and configure providers with reasonable security and privacy controls.
10. Electronic communications
You agree that website, email, WhatsApp and text communications may be used for request-related correspondence. An automated receipt is not final order acceptance unless it expressly says so.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Notice. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information, identity documents or full banking data unless requested through an official channel for a specific lawful purpose.
12. Availability
The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we aim to address known faults within a reasonable period.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Establishment is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or data loss caused by use of the website alone or by reliance on general content that was not included in an approved quotation or specification.
No limitation applies to fraud, gross fault, deliberate misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes
We may update these terms when the service, law or practice changes. The effective date appears above. A material change will not be applied retroactively to an existing order unless required by law or agreed by the parties.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. The parties should first make a reasonable attempt to resolve a dispute amicably. If it cannot be resolved, the competent court or authority in Saudi Arabia has jurisdiction under applicable procedural rules.
16. Language
The English version is provided for convenience. If interpretation differs, the Arabic version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
